Registration of participants in the online in-service training course in accordance with GenTSV. The authorities request identity control of the participants as a prerequisite to approve the training course.
4. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6.1 lit. c DS-GVO, since we are requested by law to collect the personal data.
5. Recipients or categories of recipients
The processing of your personal data takes place within the frame of order processing on systems of GWDG GmbH and Brähler Konferenztechnik. The data will not be forwarded to any third parties.
6. Duration of data storage
The participants’ ID card, portrait photo, date and place of birth will be deleted within one week after processing the course. However, the names and postal addresses of all participants will be stored for reasons of cost accounting (legal basis is the HGB) for a period of 10 years at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (course organizer). The legal basis for this storage is Art. 6.1 lit. C DS-GvO.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to obtain information on which of your personal data are stored by the MPG, the right to demand correction in the event of incorrect data, to demand deletion in the event of unauthorized data storage, and the right to transfer data. You also have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority. For the MPG, this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, Postfach 606, 91511 Ansbach.
